I boughtMarketing Your Clinical Practice, Third Edition by Neil Baum at the same time. This book was superfluous and expensive compared to that one. Baum's book blew this one away. Baum's book is jam packed with ideas, examples, and forms and was very well-written-a phenomenal value. In this book, the font size was huge and lines widely spaced--and it was still physically thin not to mention lacking in concepts. One particularly laughable example is an entire page in the appendix devoted to a photograph of a heart-shaped pin that was given to patients to wear. I should have skipped this one entirely
