This was very helpful for studying in nursing school.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to misprints in the books itself... on a few pages wording was cut off / misprinted.Overall, it helped me study and I would purchase again.
This is not a book that teaches, or even references, 12-lead EKG interpretation. The title "EKG|ECG" is misleading. The subtitle "Learn Rhythm Interpretation and Arrhythmias Easily" is a more accurate description of the contents of this book.This book is good for nurses and other healthcare providers new to telemetry, or as a compliment to a lecture about cardiac electrical activity.
Excellent handbook! Easy to understand and includes nursing interventions and treatments. Got the book on Tuesday, took the ECG interpretation test on Wednesday and got a 95%. Couldn't be happier. I'm planning on taking it to work with me.

I needed something to help me with ekgs fast. I am a new registered nurse that just got a job in a graduate nurse program on a surgical pcu floor and have an ekg test coming up. This book was easy to understand and helped me dramatically. I think that just maybe 2 more read throughs and I should be prepared.
Good book it looked phoney at first but when I stared reading it I realized that I was wrong. And the price was good to.
